On the login page, fill in the login credentials. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

Note – If you are logging in for the first time then you will not receive OTP in your email. The OTP form is used to verify your phone number in your first login attempt.

BANK VERIFICATION

In order to complete the verification, we request you to upload the printout of the most recent self-attested bank statement with your signature and date.

Your name, IFSC code, and bank account number should be clearly visible in the bank statement. You can also upload a canceled check or an image of your passbook with the above details.

You will receive an email explaining the reason for your failure to verify your bank account. Please check the email and fulfill the requirements mentioned in the email.

How can I deposit INR to my CoinDCX account?

Log in by clicking the button at the top right of the home screen or directly at https://coindcx.com/login.

Click on “Funds” at the top right of the DCXtrade page.

You will see the option “Deposit in Wallet”.

If the bank account is not linked with the account then add the bank details.

The support team will verify the bank account within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email. Once your bank account is added, enter the amount you wish to deposit and agree to the terms and conditions. Click on Add Money.

Transfer the amount through IMPS or UPI and enter the reference ID sent to you via SMS. Click on Verify.

Note – Reference ID generally consists of 12 numeric digits. This header will be under UTR / UPI Transaction ID / IMPS Reference Number etc.

Confirm the details and after confirmation, your deposit request will be submitted. It can take up to 6 hours for the balance to show up on your INR wallet.
