Cristiano Ronaldo FA Charge – Premier League LIVE- Cristiano Ronaldo has until October 10 to respond to the Football Association after being charged with misconduct during a match against Everton. The Manchester United striker was charged with a breach of FA Rule R3 for an incident which took place after their defeat to Everton in April. A video has emerged showing the Manchester United forward knocking a fan’s phone on the ground as he walks towards the dressing room. Ronaldo had been cautioned by Merseyside Police following allegations of assault and criminal damage.

A statement read: “We can confirm that a 37-year-old man voluntarily attended and was interviewed under caution in relation to an allegation of assault and criminal damage. The matter has been treated with conditional caution. The case has now been closed.”
